The Overcooked! series is a series of cooking simulation games developed by Ghost Town Games and published by Team 17. In both games players work as chefs to prepare orders within a set time limit while at the same time cooperating with other platers in kitchens that are filled with various obstacles and hazards.
The first game in the series, Overcooked! was released on August 2, 2016. Its sequel, Overcooked! 2, was released just over two years later on August 7, 2018.
In July, 2020, Overcooked: All You Can Eat, a compilation and remaster of the original games, was announced for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
