Strategies[]
Two player minimal-coordination strategy that worked well:
1. One pot+pan on each side (at the beginning, carry one of each to the other side).
2. Each order is "owned" by one person, who is responsible for collecting+preparing everything that goes into it and plating it.
3. Each person periodically picks up dirty plates, washes, and then takes them back to their side (so each person's responsible for their own plates).
4. Likewise, nobody should depend on the other to watch their stove. If I'm going on a plate delivery+washing run, I should turn off my stoves beforehand.
5. Food never gets thrown across (unless the thrower voluntarily does it because they're free).
6. Communication is mainly to determine who's taking each order.
If there's a third player, they do exclusively serving and dishwashing, freeing up the others to focus on prep+cooking+plating.
