When playing with 2 players, put one person in charge of potatoes and one in charge of chicken. With 3, the extra can wash dishes and chop ingredients to help out. With 4, one person chops potatoes, one chops chicken, the people who watch over the fryers can wash dishes (Two people can wash at the same time, it's a lot faster).
