In level 1-3 of Overcooked! 2, your chefs will be serving up sashimi and sushi. This is the first level with dirty plates and dish washing.

Recipes[]
This level has four ingredients: shrimp, rice, nori, and cucumber. The two recipes for this level are sashimi and sushi.
Sashimi: Chop up a shrimp, put on a plate, and serve.
Sushi: Cook rice in the pot. Chop up a cucumber. Place cooked rice, nori, and chopped cucumber on a plate and serve.
Kitchen[]
There are four ingredient boxes; shrimp, nori, and rice are middle left, cucumber is middle right. You are provided four plates for the level; two plates are on the island to the left and two are on the right counter. Three chopping stations are located at the top left of the kitchen. The serving window is at the bottom left and the plate return and sink are on the bottom right of the kitchen. The stove is located on the top right and the trash is in the bottom middle.
Strategies[]
Many people assign roles to help keep people from getting lost in all the tasks, and minimize unnecessary movement. Some common ones are below, but remember not to get too caught up in your roles, and do whatever needs to be done. Roles are more of a when-in-doubt/priority thing.
2 Players:
- Player 1: Stays on the left half of the level, cuts, plates, serves, gives (uncooked) rice to the other player.
- Player 2: Stays on the right half of the level, does dishes, cooks (and gives) rice, gives cucumber to the player on the left.
3 Players:
- Player 1: Stays on the left half, primarily chopping.
- Player 2: Stays on the right half, primarily cooking rice.
- Player 3: Helps plate/serve on the left half and wash dishes on the right half.
4 Players:
- Player 1: Chops ingredients
- Player 2: Plates/serves
- Player 3: Cooks rice
- Player 4: Washes dishes
